This wild, barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that makes you re-think what this well-known cultivar is really capable of. While all SB’s tend to fall on the same spectrum from ‘green’ to ‘tropical’ – you’ll find a very curious elderflower/fynbos foundation to this wine. A rich and complex palate makes it a stunning option to accompany some of your favourite dishes or to simply enjoy out on the beach while the waves crash down.
